I came across with this article today. May isang grupo daw na gustong paimbestigahan si ex-NCMH chief administrator Clarita Avila.
The name is familiar. Kasi si former admin is the same person na nagbisto dati sa sitwasyon sa mga Covid positive sa National Center for Mental Health (NCMH).
Then Clarita Avila was transferred to Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in Las Piñas.
When I read this article:
Nalaman ko na graft cases ang kaso. So I researched the veracity of the information. Eto ang mga nalaman ko.
1. Ang kaso pala na nafile ng NBI graft and malversation for allegedly allowing a company that she helped incorporate monopolize projects at the facility, including one to extend a pavilion that cost the government at least P80 million.
This article is 10 months ago.
2. Ang sabi sa complaint yung nagmonopolize na contructor ng project incorporator daw si Ms. Clarita Avila.
Octant, according to complainant “has been monopolizing” projects in the NCMH. He said a certification from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed that Avila “is actually an incorporator of the company.”
3. Ang nabanggit na project ay yung for the Pavilion 6 extension project was at P55 million, but Cortez presented photos — included as evidence in the complaint — showing the building was unfurnished and unfit for mental patients.
Nakakalungkot at may mga kasong ganito na lumalabas ngayon sa gitna ng epidemya.
Sana matapos na ang imbestigasyon ng Ombudsman as soon as possible para malaman ng taong bayan kung ano ba talaga ang totoo.
Kung sino ang inosente or guilty, the Filipinos deserve the truth.
